Did the THECB Void Cosigned Student Loan Contracts?
Are you a cosigner for any student loans, specifically the Hinson-Hazlewood College Access Loan (CAL) funded by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB)? Did you cosign on that loan before 11/28/2005? If so, continue reading – you might find this information very interesting.
